White, Cream, Buttermilk Doors Currently, the most popular finishes are these light colours. They lighten up kitchens and are a good contrast to the popular dark worktops.

The wall with the fridge and washer and drier were tidied up by putting a unit to the right of the fridge to give more storage space, panelling around the fridge with a shelf above it, and putting doors to hide the washer and drier.

This kitchen had been custom made by a joiner, hence all the doors were different sizes, plus they were all inset inside the frames (click on the last of the 'Befores' for a better view). 
We fitted the new doors and drawer fronts outside the carcasses, using concealed hinges on the doors. 
We were very careful to get all the measurements correct so that when finished, all the gaps between the doors and drawers were perfect and it looked like a brand new kitchen.
